We're looking for savvy Technical Account Managers with hands-on technical, business, and project management experience to help manage our overall customer relationships. As the company's primary contact with its customers, you will be a trusted adviser to senior level executives at leading travel companies. You will also serve the crucial function of managing customer expectations.
As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be the first responder to customers' technical issues and questions about pricing, availability, and our passenger service system. You must provide outstanding customer service and have strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a solution-oriented personality. Technical Solutions Engineers will troubleshoot complex software and configuration issues, gather business requirements and technical specifications, and test scenarios for new feature requests.
These positions require excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Travel industry experience is also a plus.
