Promotional Events and Tradeshows

To maintain its position as a thought leader in the travel technology space, the Corporate Communications team coordinates speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and exhibits for more than 30 events each year. Type of events include: industry conferences, MIT workshops, community relation events, airline industry working sessions, user conferences, and unique recruiting events like Battle of the Bands. ITA also hosts thought-provoking webinars like the upcoming “Drive Savings with Advanced Airfare Search” webinar co-hosted with ITA customer, Rearden Commerce.

Product Collateral and Advertising

Corporate Communications manages conceptual development, design, and execution of all corporate, product, and recruiting ad campaigns in house. At ITA Software, you have the opportunity to use your creative writing and design skills to create product and recruiting collateral and advertising for web, print, and outdoor billboards. Two of the recent recruiting ad campaigns that created a lot of buzz utilized Boston public transportation and billboards in high traffic areas.

Public Relations

Corporate Communications is responsible for building strong brand awareness with customers, prospects, partners, and employees. The team also maintains relationships with industry influencers, analysts, and members of the media. These positive perceptions and relationships have led to many awards like the 2010 Top 10 Innovative Transportation Companies by Fast Company, and significant positive media coverage.
