Why did you choose ITA?
I was a software engineer looking for a new challenge in a position that would also allow me to be customer facing. The customer relations department at ITA was the perfect fit since most of the CRMs have technical backgrounds. Coming to ITA has been the best career decision I've made!
What's been your most exciting achievement at ITA?
As a trained software engineer, I really enjoy merging my technical ability with my program management and relationship management skills. It keeps me in touch with the cutting edge of ITA's product offerings, and allows me to be an active participant in growing our business and solving new complex problems for our customers. My most exciting achievement at ITA was my first new customer launch using QPX.
What do you like best about ITA?
ITA's human capital is incredible. I expected to work with the cream of the crop to solve complex engineering problems, but I didn't realize how much I would also enjoy the social aspects of working at ITA. I have made some wonderful friends here and ITA has enriched both my work life and my social life.
What interesting things have you learned outside of your job responsibilities at ITA or from ITA co-workers?
No matter how high up in the corporate food chain one is, everybody likes Skittles!
What activities/hobbies are you involved in outside of ITA?
I play kickball in the WAKA league. I also enjoy golfing, boating, and spending time on the Cape.
