Why did you choose ITA?
After working for several very large organizations, I really wanted to work at a smaller firm. At the time I joined ITA the entire company was smaller than one of the divisions of my previous company, yet it was clear that ITA had the singular ability to change an entire industry through their technology. I was very excited to be part of that.

What's been your most exciting achievement here?
Being part of the decision making in regards to how to position and expand our products in the marketplace has been very rewarding. It's fun to see your products implemented by the industry's biggest names.

What do you like best about ITA?
There seems to be a never-ending stream of new ideas and products -- the pace of innovation and opportunities never seems to stop.

What interesting things have you learned outside of your job responsibilities at ITA or from an ITA co-worker?
Although I work primarily on the commercial side of things, I've been amazed at the amount of technical knowledge I've been able to pick up and learn. There are several seminars and training courses available every quarter. People have been great at teaching very complicated topics from the ground level.

What activities/hobbies are you involved in outside of work?
Trying to keep up with my wife and son generally take up most of my time. I like to play squash, travel, and I love all things baseball. I live and die with the Baltimore Orioles (so mostly dying for the last decade)!
