Why did you choose ITA?
It would have to be the people, and the fact that our products and technology are truly changing the travel industry. I've worked in the travel space for over 7 years now, and ITA's people are among the smartest and most creative problem-solvers I've come across.

What's been your most exciting achievement at ITA?
It's a toss-up between the redesign of the ITA website, and launch of our first customer satisfaction survey. For the ITA site, I wrote content for 60 new pages, obtained customer testimonials, charted the company's history, and much more. My contributions helped shape the design, message, and copy itself, and it felt really good to see the finished product.

For the customer satisfaction survey, we wanted to find out what our customers were really thinking about our core airfare pricing and shopping product, as well as the service that we provide. I was involved with everything from the project proposal, through the survey design, execution, analysis, result reports/presentations, and actual customer interviews. It was really rewarding to hear our customers' feedback first hand, and to see how excited everyone in the company was to receive the feedback.

What do you like best about ITA?
I love the culture and the great mix of people we work with. Most everyone I've met is extremely genuine and passionate about what they do.

What interesting things have you learned outside of your job responsibilities at ITA or from ITA co-workers?
Almost every time that I meet someone new at ITA, I am amazed at what they manage to do outside of work. We have athletes, comedians, musicians, actors, and people involved with some very cool start-up businesses.

What activities/hobbies are you involved in outside of ITA?
I spend most of my time with my husband and two young girls, but I also like yoga, pilates, hiking, bike riding, and helping coach my daughter's soccer team.
