Systems Operations staff bridge the gap between man and machine. To start with, we keep our entire travel infrastructure running 24x7—responding to all hardware and application failures, day and night. Perhaps more importantly, we handle all customer calls about the environments; communicating status of the systems and assisting them with their use of our infrastructure. It’s our job to understand the techie stuff—we just want them to use it!
