Account and Support Manager
As an Account and Support Manager, you are responsible for the overall relationship between ITA and our customers - overseeing the business and technical relationship and serving as the single point of contact between the client and the various organizations within ITA. Managing customer expectations is a critical aspect of the position, as well as the ability to become a trusted advisor to senior level executives at leading travel companies. We are looking for individuals with hands-on technical experience, as well as business and project management savvy.
Technical Consultant
As a Systems Technical Consultant, you will be the initial point of contact to answer customer technical issues and questions relating to ITA's pricing, availability and reservation systems. You will have the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service by effectively solving challenging customer problems, troubleshooting complex software and configurations, and gathering business requirements, technical specifications and test scenarios for new feature customer requests. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and solution-oriented personality is a must.
For both positions, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are a must; travel industry experience, especially in the distribution and agency arena, is a plus.
