Ruby on Rails Performance and Testing Internship

We've developed a sophisticated internal webapp using Rails.  We want you to help increase the robustness and stability of the application through some sensible refactoring, aggressive testing, and unforgiving performance analysis.  The ideal candidate would be familiar with Ruby, have experience working with an MVC web framework and, most importantly, long for a challenge.

Skills/experience desired (but not required):

• Prior Rails experience
• Prior TDD/BDD experience
• Elite ping pong champion
• Performance analysis experience with dynamic languages
