Information Security Audit Automation Internship

The intern will focus on automating some of our more time-consuming audit activities within Information Security and simplifying interactions with IS. The first part of the project would create a back-end infrastructure to audit resources across the network for compliance with security policies. This application would systematically gather the necessary information, compare it against known state, and report results via web pages and email.  The second part of the project would involve developing a portal application to simplify repeated interactions with IS.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Perl or Python
• Unix/Linux system administration
