Load Balancing/Resource Management Algorithms Internship

The intern will work with hackers to design and implement a next generation scalable load balancing and resource management algorithms.  These implementations will have to be integrated into an existing software system that answers several millions of flight queries every day.

Qualifications:

• Experience in implementing distributed systems in Linux environments

Knowledge & Skills:

• C++, boost Libraries
• Multi-core programming
• Concurrency and multi-threaded programming
• Development experience in Linux environments
