Damon Poole, Founder & CTO, AccuRev Inc.

Abstract
Agile advocates promise that Agile will provide the benefits of higher quality and higher revenues as a result of being more responsive to customers. But many folks object to the idea of working in pairs all in an open area using 3x5 cards for planning. They also worry that Agile is only for small teams composed entirely of their most senior developers. The problem is that Agile is often described as an all-or-nothing package. This seminar will provide a clear mapping of principles to practices to benefits. Learn the minimal set of scalable and proven practices required to experience the primary benefits of Agile as well as exactly how and why these practices work.
